I've started a google spreadsheet for hardware speeds so people can see how well their hardware is against others and what might be the best card to get. Feel free, and please do, to submit your hardware speeds to it :)

edit: had to make it so you can edit it oops :P should work fine now

I won't OC my gpu Incase :P Just ganna get all the benefits I already have! BTW, If I add my R5 230, Will it make it hard for it to detect my R7 265?.. And make things complicated in afterburner.. Or what lol.

the current list of dead cards is as follows 2 evga gtx 980ti acx 2.0 , 1 evga gtx 980 acx 2.0 1600mhz core 2100mhz ram golden chip card ... failed hardcore , 1 290x that caught fire , 1 hd 7950 .

naa mining doesnt give a shit, you could have nvidia and amd in the sme sytem and mine

Make a dedicated Forum for it :P We can submit our mining scores of Ziftr And.. well you need to have a screenshot of proof of your adress on the mining page :P And make it only for the ziftrpool.com Pool. That would be fair.. Plz make a way of proof that it is your score lol.

It's jsut for hardware, i wont make it dedicated to a single pool and also for me i have all 4 cards going for the same wallet so on ziftrpool.io i have 9mh/s/ it is easier just to let people post their scores, if it seems ridiculous i'll edit it, i'll be keeping an eye on it everyday and saving a copy incase someone decides to fuck with it

Still cant get gpu mining to work on max miners pool ... this is frustrating , anyone have suggestions ?

Ok so i found the problem for the AMD card for you monaka. Sam are you using amd or nvidia becauase i can fix both for you. Monaka the intel open cl .dll's are getting in the way of the miner finding the amd ones, you just need to uninstall them, they should be in 4 places,

C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\igdlh64.inf_amd64_c29386b45e924308
Intel_OpenCL_ICD32
 
C:\Windows\SysWOW64
Intel_OpenCL_ICD32
 
C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository\igdlh64.inf_amd64_c29386b45e924308

make sure to only delete these files and it might be best to save a copy in a folder incase you need them again later on but for now remove them from those locations, the two in driverstore\filerepository might not be there so if you cant find them don't worry just delete the other two then restart the wallet and it should find both cards.
 
Now sam what card are you using? If AMD do the same steps as above, but if it is Nvidia then simply download cudart.dll and place it in the folder with the wallet-qt, you can download it from https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B6j4YvbzGgOgY3VsWkhUbXNaVkE/view?usp=sharing

EDIT: the Cudart file that is missing is only for nvidia cards btw

Is there a way to limit the GPU usage on the pool miner? I can't even watch Youtube videos when 99% of my GPU is being used? Thx.

By the time black friday comes around later in the year ziftr will be doing giveaways and massive promotions for the coin and will have their ziftrpay platform set up so the coin should slowly grow in price until then and hopefully boom about that time and then hold steady as more people get into the coin

well the problem is the coin currently has no uses. They're sorting out their ziftrpay platform and getting merchants on board, at the moment the coin is for early adopters who want to help set up the network and keep it alive and moving. Once the coin and their platforms are established well they will be doing the 100zrc giveaway to a lot of people and trying to entice more people to get involved with crypto. The coin has only been out for a month so calm the fuck down and let things move as they need to, it's not instantaneous, bitcoin took years before it started to get really noticed and boom

Keep in mind the $1 minimum Ziftr advertises for its store when it opens up has a limit.  When the market price of coins is less than $1 you will only be able to pay 5% of the purchase price with coins, the rest will be regular money.  So if the store opens and the going price of ziftrcoins is still less than $1 and you want to buy something for $100 in the ziftr store you will only be able to use 5 ziftr coins to get a $5 discount and will still pay $95 for the item.  If the market value goes above $1 (which may or may not happen) then you can buy items with 100% coins.  The way I see it, the $1 minimum value sounds good but in practice may not actually work out in the open market.

It's a coupon effectively, which is what Ziftr have called it when the price is below $1. It will work, atleast for a while as the company has the money behind them to keep that promise
