In last few weeks it has become apparent that FrozenCPU is not operational anymore. The dramatic stories are of no concern to us, we just want to make sure that You, our customers and supporters, continue to have ways to buy our gear and water cool your awesome computers. We valued our partnership with FrozenCPU as they provided good service in USA and abroad, but luckily there are multiple other EKWB partners that you can turn to in this new situation and expect good service.

FrozenCPU are never coming back. I have zero belief in them, they have a tattered reputation far beyond fixing in this day and age. I didn't know we had an EK affiliate now though, hello :D Thanks for providing us with this message.

To be honest, I never liked FrozenCPU's site, it was so 2004.

True, their search function was ridiculously bad but it was all in all a great site that had everything for water cooling.

Frozencpu updated their site, they have an official announcement saying they will be down for 30 or more days but will come back

I know what they said, but considering the way they have been and the owner's apparent issues, I still don't believe it.

I know what they said, but considering the way they have been and the owner's apparent issues, I still don't believe it.

The only way I see FrozenCPU making any sort of recovery is that the current owner steps down, and a new one is hired.

Unfortunately, that most likely will never happen, FrozenCPU is not a big company with a board of directors guiding and helping the owner financially , so the only way that FrozenCPU would ever get a New Owner, is if the owner himself sold the company to someone else.

This is all so sad.

I live so close to frozen CPU, and now they might be gone. I was planning on getting a job their this summer
