Ok instead of making a new post, Quad core. Forgot to add the fact I wanted it a quad-core

But it's slightly cheaper to get an E3-1231 V3 and an HD 6450

Xeon E3-1225 (assuming you want something more powerful than an i3).

That doesn't have hyper threading

Xeon E3-1246v3 is probably a better CPU since it's Haswell refresh while the E3-1245v3 is original Haswell. My Xeon E3-1231v3 runs way cooler than I have heard the original Haswell E3-1230v3 runs. In another thread someone was saying he hits mid 80s in gaming loads with his 1230v3 whereas my 1231v3 won't even go there on Prime95, and tops out mid 50s playing Crysis 3 for a couple of hours on very high system spec.

Yes and No. They're first batch has it, then Intel disabled it.

Cheapest Haswell Refresh CPU with HT and onboard graphics will be this. Xeon graphics P4600 unlike HD4600 found on the Core i5 and Core i7, is they're optimized and certified to work with professional applications.
