Comcast has again changed customer's name; this time to "Super Bitch"

http://time.com/3698704/comcast-super-btch/

Just a month after they called another customer 'A**hole Brown'

The ladies and gentlemen at Comcast are at it again: this time, they named an Illinois customer “Super B*tch” and addressed her bill to that nickname.

Mary Bauer, 63, told WGN Chicago that after consistent faulty service from Comcast that required 39 technician visits, she received a bill addressed to “Super B*tch Bauer” instead of her given name. “This is a disgrace to me,” Bauer told WGN. Why are they doing this to me? I pay my bills. I do not deserve this.”

The PR gaffe comes just a month after a different Comcast Customer Service representative changed Ricardo Brown’s name to “Asshole Brown” on his bill.

Comcast has said they are actively investigating both incidents.

Why no one cares about dark theme users?  :(

You should get the user script  that changes the text color to automatic always, I have been using it for quite some time

(Hold on, I'll get a link)

If Comcast was not able to solve a connection issue in under 39 attempts, then most people would be fuming, especially since you still have to pay your bills.

Yeah I know but we don't know both sides of the story, and we probably won't. I was just thinking out loud via typing.

You can't really blame Comcast. It's not corporate decision on their part to do that, it's simply the employee that was dealing with the account.

In any service based industry you'll have employees that get angry and act irrationally. At the end of the day, regardless of professional etiquette, we're all human.

Could have very well been some guy who either doesn't care about his job, or already handed in their notice.

It's unfortunate, but ultimately not Comcasts fault.

And I hate them even more.
