I5 4460 for the CPU, S340 for the case, Sapphire tri x or vapor x 280X, cheapest 8GB RAM kit and a bequiet or xfx 500Wish PSU.

Oh, and for the SSD perhaps the new BX100 or MX200 128GB / 256GB.

Spoiler

A 600W PSU will be more than enough for this. Something like an EVGA 600B would do well for a good price.

check psu reviewed on jhonnyguru.com

something in the 650-700 W should be fine also give you room to upgrade

Jonnyguru isn't the only PSU reviewer out there.

Best suggestion here.

To give you any sort of recommendation, we need to what is available to you at what price range. Like out of the what has been mentioned so far, I would like to recommend the BeQuiet Straight Power 10 as well; however, it's $130 for the 600w version in the US at Newegg...

Where are you buying from? What's your budget?

I live in Europe (Lithuania) and for some reason we don't have anything from EVGA as for budget it would be around 90 € for PSU

Also is this PSU good?

PSU Corsair CX 600W, Modular 80 Plus Bronze, 120mm

Do you have a link to the store you are buying from?

The CX600 / M is a decent entry-level PSU and would be fine for your system. The Seasonic S12II / M12II Bronze 620w unit is also an entry level unit but a little more better build.

Other options that may be better are the Cooler Master G550M, Cooler Master V550, Seasonic S12G / G 550w, XFX XTR 550w, Antec True Power Classic 550w, etc.
