I can't go for 3 days for my RMA GPU, its killing me. :C

Please don't go for AMD CPUs

Well, I am a Intel fanboy, but I have to say AMD CPUs have a place in the budget end of the spectrum for PC builds (especially APU)

please tell me how you were able to pirate a product key. I'm pretty sure you can't that's why I'm trying to prove a point. Pirating is also wrong morally and the risks that come along with it aren't worth it

Unfortunately talk of piracy is frowned upon by the moderators, but there are ways.

There's a built-in cmd code that renews a 30-day trial version, but I digress...

 

That's a lot better than my former build, celeron g540 and no dedicated gpu, raidmax psu and case to match.

g3258 will still outperform an AMD quad core all day long

No it won't I've built rigs for friends with both CPUs, only difference between the rigs being the CPU and Mobo, and in almost every game the X4 beat the G3258 by about 5-6 FPS. The X4 is a quad core G3258 as far as performance goes, definitely a better buy than the Pentium

stealing is wrong also the way that activator embeds itself into windows would scare the hell out of me

As far as pirating specifically Windows goes this is how I think of it. You know Apple? The company that people always blame for over charging? I had to use one of those. I will not let Microsoft screw me around and say I have to by another copy of windows because I 'Installed it too many times' on the same machine. (assholes is what Microsoft is).

I happen to have got Windows for free. I live in Fairfax County, and being one of the richest counties around, all students get Windows 8,7,and office 2013 for free.
