hopefully something like how the Superlux HD681 EVO is for headphones, where it's cheap but sounds like it should be more expensive than it is.

if you'll notice I also just made a post about the headphones, I'm just opening up my options especially with IEMs which I think are more sensible to use outside

Judging from my experience on the forum. People will say SoundMagic E10, but I personally have no experience with them.

The VSonic GR07 Classic Edition is a longtime favorite among IEM audiophiles for a balanced sound signature.

 

For a fun sound, I highly recommend the TTPOD T1 or T1-E (for extra bass). Like the above poster, the VSonic VSD3 or VSD3S are also very good.
