Comcast did something nice for a change.

 

Noticed a local subreddit making note of Comcast doubling their speeds.  Thought I wasn't effected since I had just ran a speed test yesterday and it was 50Mb down.  Ran just to check and BAM!  Almost 125Mb down...

 

 

Anyone else across the country get a bump from Comcast recently?

Pls, in Canada, the internet is so fucking expensive. They are also starting to cut the speed and raise the prices. Kind of a big slap in the fucking face.

Im using fucking Shaw. Have the Broadband 50 internet plan. Advertised to have around 50mbps downs and 3-4mbps ups. Im paying around 90ish just for internet.

Comcast has a datacap?!?  Oh no, as a Canadian... I feel sorta responsible.  We have had crappy data caps for years now :unsure: .

Yeah, well we only get a max of 100Mbps down and 2.5Mbps up and comparing those speeds with speeds I've seen other people on here have I think that is a bit crappy if you ask me.

i dont use it that often. however i dont limit myself when i feel the need to not use words other than ''heck!'' or ''oh my goodness!'' as when over used it just sounds silly.
