A lot  :D that would be able to play games like BF4 at around 80fps on ultra or Crysis 3 at 85fps on High so you sir would be quite happy with that build!

Except Ubisoft's poorly optimized games... But other than that, ultra on almost everything at 1080p with ease. If you got a 1440p monitor, then high-ultra depending on the game. :)

It can boot up, run windows and open programs.........

It's absolutely fine, it should handle any game you throw at it both at 1080p and 1440p.

I don't get why a-holes come into threads like this being rude or making childish jokes.. I just did the same thing this guy did and dropped a lot of money on a new machine, I appreciated getting feedback on my plan so I would know I wasnt wasting money on  something. If you have nothing constructive to add, put the man-bits back in your mouth that made you sore and sod off...

It would do probably about as much as OP's PC can do.  The xeon is similar in performance to the i7, but it can't overclock.  The 780 is similar in performance to the 970.  However, with less RAM, you won't be able to have quite as many tabs open at once.

Ok that's fine.  How about while doing 3D modeling/texture/mapping or other graphic design?

I just built a very similar machine, you won't be disappointed with this build i can assure you. Like i said before just make sure and get a good cooling setup and don't use the stock cooler of course. Only thing i would change on that myself is go for a 240gb ssd. The 128 is big enough but mine is filling faster than i thought, and they say you want to keep an ssd below about %75 capacity to maintain performance for some technical reasons i don't understand..
