Why you should buy your pc parts by yourself

So a friend of mine got a new computer, he got it from a store, it was assembled by the workers of the store and he paid it 1600€. So here are the specs

I7 4770K

Z97 Gaming 7

600w Psu

And here is the surprise: a GTX 750Ti.

A fucking 750TI on a 1600€ build

It's like 600€ of pc parts and 1000€ of profit for the store.

WTF.

As said above, research is one way of saving yourself money even if you dont build the system yourself. 

When i need to do a build I research the crap out of everything, has saved me and my mates a bit in cash.

I'd like to see their prices...

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
