well it is a fanless VGA cooler, using the same "lot of tiny HPs" system as NOFEN CPU cooler

 

 

and i will keep the next one at 100px up to tomorrow :p

looks like some sort of PCIe card... perhaps a passively cooled graphics card... or maybe an SSD... just throwing random ideas :P.
