yup, the PCB is at 90° for the blues, and there is 2 PCBs in the wood one, to get very short PSUs

and for the brand i will only say that

the short PSU aim is something good for the other products of that brand ^^

yes 21 and 23 are GPUs

but what did it have special (last is only a joke because it look like...)

 

and i thought the mobo would have been way easier to find that the steambox, cause mobos have a pretty specific layout, while the steambox can look like anything
