tel me your oldest cpu and the newest you used(just curious)

I have a athlon x2 4400+ 2ghz next to me right now,  but currently running a i5 4670k @ 4.4ghz.

Amd Athlon forget model number from 1998 32 bit and a 4790k also have a bunch of pentium 4 and celeron 4s

Oldest: Intel P4 (forgot which exactly, but it's pre-HT with DDR 333MHz)

Newest: AMD A8 5600K OC 4.0GHz

 

The P4 runs circles around the A8 because it's an Intel... /s

I am a bit skeptical your first cpu was significantly older than you.

i think my parents bought ha really shit pc with 1 ghz 1 core in 2006 cant remember the brand but i think it was amd now i have an amd 4130 4 ghz

newest is my i7-2700k

Nvidia is to Dr Dre Beets as AMD is to KFC.

First one I used was a pentium 3, then a 1.7 P4, I played some games on then a 3 ghz with ht as my first computer,

Oldest in my house is C2D T5400 (laptop). Oldest that I'm "running" is AMD Athlon64 something that I can't remember in s939. Current is 4770K.

For my own PC: Pentium D @ 3.5GHz -> FX 6100 @ 4.5GHz

 

First PC I ever used was DOS, so I'm not sure what its specs were :|

I use a Lenovo T440: i5 4300U, 8GB RAM, 128GB Samsung 840 Evo, 14" 900p display and an external 23" 1080p passive 3D monitor. Extended 6-cell battery with internal 3-cell. Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (I only use open-source software -- haven't paid for a single program yet).
