Looking for new .on the go. headphones

Hey guys,

my old "headphones" died (idk which one, some cheap for 15$ or somting)

 

Now iam looking for headphones which fulfill the following points:

 

- Over ear

- max. 100$

- stylish so it dosnt look to stupid to wear them in a train/puplic

- nice sound, focus on mids

- if beats is in the product name F*** O*

 

Would be nice to hear your opinion about active noise canceling.

If you have some nice headphone examples which this feature for me pls post it. (can be over 100$)
