Use cleaning solution. It's available at just about every single eyeglass store out there.

This will block grease for a good amount of time.

depends on your lens, some lenses are better with keeping dirt, oils of the lens (ex. Nikon)

You only need to listen to that for a few seconds otherwise it become very irrelevant and really messed up but considering it's lonely island I mean what do you expect.

Depends what's dirtying them.
If it's cooking grease, hot water.
If it's just dust, a micro fiber cloth is enough.

Don't use solvent/products with alcohol in it, it may remove the special coating they put on it. (like anti reflect coating)

 

But really, what do you do to get them dirty in 20 minutes.... Back when I first got my glasses, I was cleaning them all the time because it annoyed me to have dust in my vision and what not, but now I got used to it, small dust will get off the glasses if you just blow on it and mostly clean them only when I cook greasy stuff now.
