Why are some people so infatuated with blue eyes?

Is it just because it's more rare?

 

Honestly, I don't even think that's the best looking eye color.  It's the most common color.  Brown.  

 

 

nb4 personal preference so stfu

 

 

Specifically, light brown eyes, the way they reflect the light looks pretty amazing, like an amber color.

See that creepy eye shot?   It kind or reminds me of those tigers eye stones that used to populate those bankrupted natural wonders stores (rip natural wonders mall stores, I loved you so much)

I myself have neither.  I have dark brown eyes, but the point still stands.  I don't see why blue is considered the gold standard by so many.

To be honest I find all eye colours appealing equally as much. Although I do have to say that some eye colours do pop out more especially with people that have contrasting skin tone or hair colour that way bringing more attention to the eyes. I like my dark hazel eyes though :)

My parents,grandparents,grandgrandparents,etc.

 

And of course me too.

it depends on their face. colder colour eyes are good on people with slender faces and darker skin (more contrast), while warmer colours are better on more square faces or lighter skin.

this is all opinion though.

I will say though, before brown in video games, if I have the option to choose glowing eyes, that is ALWAYS the first pick.

 

There is something about that demi god look you get from the effect as if you are filled to bursting with arcane POWER !!!!
