You havent dropped anything on them, tried inserting a CPU or anything, literally brand new out of the box they were bent? If so id just RMA it, anything you could do to try and fix it might mess with the warranty

 

In saying that, they just look pulled up a little bit, a very light push down to line up with the other pins should fix it, but again be careful and if youre unsure then i wouldnt touch it

Ah yeah, thats supposed to protect the pins in transport etc but can sometimes pop off, id wager that did it
