True, but its not like we could have gone straight into the engine anyways I mean we still have to finish the plot.  ;)

That is true but considering they are still developing and working on Unreal 4 the engine isn't likely to come out for a long time.

How come then there is already a game that has a good portion finished in Unreal 4?

I just looked into cry engine 3 we would need to get a license while UDK 4 if it's like UDK 3 then they don't charge a fee until you make $50000 from the game.

Oh that's fair enough then ^_^ and btw in the UK :p i'll probably get a nice 21" monitor closer to the time of my build they're only like £120-150

True... meh it has to come out atleast within 1-2 months of Xbone and ps4 release date so we're good.

I know your in the UK that is why I said $550 US. Anyways its 2560x1440 so a tad overkill for your planned 7870 xt.

eeeek so beautiful xD I'm still mentally debating if I want to go AMD but crossfire 7870 XTs as it'd be about £20 more than a 7970 but I believe the performance would be greater?

Well it probably would be faster, but you then have issues with heat, micro stuttering, noise, game support for crossfire, and software support.

xD heat isn't an issue considering how low ambient temps are here and microstuttering etc. is all fixed with RadeonPro :p many people don't use it since it's third party but it's been shown to fix microstuttering and it enables xFire in things that don't natively support it. We're kinda off topic though.

We are lol. Yeah I know about RadeonPro, but the power color and club3d cards run loud and hot also wouldn't crossfire not fit in a itx system?  :P

I'd have to scrap the idea of a mini-itx build but on the upside i did discover that Crucial Ballistix is £9.99 per DIMM at 2GB 1600mhz each so x4 would be quad channel and cheaper? UK pc parts logic is flawed xD and I'd be using the XFX Double Dissipation card.

quad channel is only on X79 for z77 you have dual channel even though there is 4 dimm slots you will only see speed benefits from having 2 sticks in as it is having anything above dual channel has pretty weak improvement.

:p I'd probably switch up into an AMD build if I got two 7870 XTs and I am completely aware of the miniscule improvement over going quad channel but as it's actually cheaper than going dual channel why not? Probably something along the lines of this , with drives in RAID 0, quad channel memory and two 7870 XT I struggle to see how I could fit anything better into £700...

2x4 for upgradeabality, but that's pretty different from other builds i guess...
