Are you ergonomically covered?

So we all sit behind our pc's 24/7 on this forum. (What... don't look at me like that.... You know we do.)

But what about the ergonomical side?

My keyboard has a good wrist rest and I hold a proper typing stance with my hands/fingers.

My mouse.....I have a good mouse and mouse pad but.... for some reason I always have this mark on my wrist, people say it's from bad posture.

I got a new chair yesterday and oh my god this thing is heaven to sit in, armrests (YAY) and finally a proper backrest against backpain in those late nights.

You?

You're a bat and sit upside down?

yes. it's Canada, Maple syrup is sticky and works like super glue.

Jk I use my armrest to rest my arms on when using the mouse and keyboard.

I can say I sit ergonomically (in a really comfortable way) but others may say otherwise...

The only things I don't really like about my setup are the material of my desk (glass) and the fact that it doesn't have significantly adjustable heights. I don't sit down as often as I used to, and when I do I take breaks regularly. MX Cherry Clears have done wonders for my fingers, and I finally have a mouse I love. My chair is good enough for all-day use, but frequent breaks are vital.

I used to have nothing to place my KB on, I had it on my lap, my mouse was on a stack of books that I placed on a chair to my right. That and I was seated on a wooden chair with a really bad back.

Because of that I started getting strange stress marks on my back, and I also broke my old KB in half by not having anything support it when I got a little angry. (the KB still worked, just the "frame" was broken)

At the time my parents though it was a good idea to buy me an office chair... without a back. I ended up never really using it...

*Looks down* Hmm, we have something in common

Just make sure to fully extent your legs every once in a while(or better yet, get up and take a break); don't want to form a blood clot.

*Was*

I have a desk now for my KB and mouse. I still use the same chair but my posture is different. stress marks on my back have disappeared.

All I want is a back for my office chair as I need to use a pillow between my back and the chairs back ATM. Also there is no cushion for my tushion.

saaaameee. me too.

Space Journal #1: So Apparently i  was dropped on the moon like i'm a mars rover, in a matter of hours i have found the transformers on the dark side of the moon. Turns out its not that dark since dem robots are filled with lights, i waved hi to the Russians on the space station, turns out all those stories about space finding humans instead of the other way around is true(soviet Russia joke). They threw me some Heineken beer and I've been sitting staring at the people of this forum and earth since.
