The topic is exactly the same.  Adding a poll for users to vote on does not warrant a new thread.

if i could afford 5 i would buy 5 and send you one. But i can't even afford one so... ;)

I will probably upgrade to the 6930k or something if it's an 8core. i'm tired of "upgrading" 4cores to other 4cores and 6cores have been around long enough ^^

5930K was 6 core last I heard, the only 8 core option is the 5960X

Like all things technological it literally thrills me to the point I start to physically shake with excitement!

how about an overkill build with a corsair 900D, AX1500i, dual Titan Zs, a 5960X and 128GB RAM?

haha i was thinking of doing a h440, ax 1200i with custom cables, titan z hydro copper, 5690x, custom water cooling and 128gb if i can find it but i think i'm probably going with crucial ballistics or dominator platinum and an asus deluxe, going with an all white theme :D

I am still very very ready to see some reviews and benchmarks of the 5960X though

Dat 4.5 GHz overclock tho xD

With a Black Ice GTX 560 I think I could pull it off and stay in the 80s, but it would be close, and EK just released its new water blocks which outperform the Kryos Cuplex at half the price! Still, waiting for Cannonlake. Ivy Bridge-E will last me to the time iGPU comes to enthusiast come Hell or high water. Maybe I'll switch to AMD if Intel lags on it.

Anyone excited for x99 tomorrow? - Yep

My next build will come at early 2015 and I will go with the 8 Core for sure...Are there any rumours about another 8 Core that is a bit cheaper?
