So guys, what DPI settings do you use?

I use 2000 DPI on my desktop, and use a multiplier of 1.5 in game. I've gotten used to using such a small mousepad over the years, so I can be accurate and actually prefer a high sensitivity.

Another one of these topics :D

I have G502 and use one DPI setting for everything: 1600

I do change mouse sensitivity in games so thats where it varies. In CS:GO 2.1 for example.

I feel like a super outlier here, but I use 4800 DPI. Partly because I really like how it feels on a 1920x1080, partly because I have a Feenix Nascita and the DPI options are not adjustable in small increments. 3200, 4800, 6400 were my options and I liked 4800 the best.

I usually have DPI set to about 2200-2400. It seems like its the best 1 to 1 ratio for movement of your mouse translating k to the movement of the cursor on screen.

8200 DPI in games and set the ingame sensitivity to really low, this makes my mouse movement super accurate.

Am I the only one? :o

I'm curious to see what dpi everyone uses. I wanna see if there is a common number or if it is all over the place.

Personally I use 600 when I game and around 900 when I am on my desktop. (thanks to the M65 and its dpi buttons)

So what do you guys use for your mouse? Whether its just browsing the web or getting 500 kill streaks in COD.

I usually use 2400 DPI for normal use. But when gaming i go up to 4000.

No, but it goes in increments consisting of 800, 1600, 2400, 3200, 4800, 6400, 8200,  and if none of those work for you the only way to adjust is to change the sensitivity in windows.

I recently got a Razer DeathAdder Chroma and hae decided to step the DPI up to it's max 10000 hoping that if I can get used to it I can be more accurate at lower DPIs. this is stepping up from a $10 iHome mouse with 1600 DPI max. I still have MB4 programmed to a 1600 DPI clutch for those moments I need the accuracy, such as sniping. Otherwise I'm getting rapidly better, especially after I went through going up multipliers from 1600 to 2400 to 4800 to 6400. When I first got the mouse I set it to 10000 DPI and could barely use it. Now I'm actually using it right now with much more accuracy than before (I can hover over the buttons more easily!) when I get used to the high DPI, I'll turn it back down to maybe 2400 and I'll undoubtably be more accurate than before I started doing this, especially if I can manage to hover over buttons without any trouble at all @10000. I can recommend trying this if you feel your in-game accuracy is failing, it's working wonders for me right now. Sorry for the long post I can't help myself lol.
