I have seen a few awesome pc's about, but my personal fave was my old system from 2007.

MSI k9n diamond Nforce 590 sli (AM2)
AMD Athlon x2 6400+ black edition.
4gb DDR2 800MHz
2x Verto PNY Nvidia Geforce 6600 GT oc (back when a 128mb graphics card was cool, plus from a previous build from 2006)
2x Samsung Spinpoint T HD501LJ 500GB (still using them today)

Was an awesome system at the time, and cost me a fair bit also. Baring the harddrives which I am using right now in my current pc, the system was still in full working order at my mums house. Unfortunately though, she just moved recently, and threw out all my old things. I live a on the other side of the country to her, so I couldn't collect them.
