Would the upgrade be worth it? I'd probably throw a Dark Rock 3 in there aswell..

Actually at that price, what about the MSI Z97-G55 SLI? I'd pick that over the Z97-K.

Eh, TBH FX 8 cores really aren't that amazingly powerful. They have their moments though.

they are definitely powerful enough so that upgrade to an i5 will be underwhelming.

Not sure who would buy it though...  It's pretty tough selling used pc hardware in Denmark, and shipping would be a bitch to anywhere other than scandiavia.
