New Corsair DDR4 Memory

BallGum

Nice video from Corsair showing off their new memory.

I wonder if FM2+ motherboards and APU's will support it, because there might be some serious performance improvements with regards to the graphics.

Tea, Metal, and poorly written code.

DDR4 is very much an intel exclusive club. To even buy a kit of DDR4 would cost you a apu + motherboard with ram probably. If amd had it in mind to engineer a new board to fit DDR4 they'd be at a lose.

Z107/170 (no one knows which it will be)

FM3/AM4 (whichever comes first)

AMD does intend to bring DDR4 to Carrizo's successor.

BWAHAHAHAHAHA! No way in Hell Corsair can sell that. Those latencies are higher than some ECC DDR4 DIMMs I've seen at lower price points. Holy freaking crap!

Corsair will sell boatloads of them. Don't you worry about that.

Not at those prices. They'll come down shortly after the launch of x99, especially given Crucial and Kingston both have better-specced kits at lower price points. The only big missing players are G.Skill and Adata.
