My friend has one of them, 120GB model, it is actually very good, we were surprised by it, 300MB/s read speed, not the best but surprising

Reviews I've seen say it has a 510mb/s read and 300mb/s write, does he have it plugged into sata 2 or the non-intel chipset controller?

Yeah you're right. Even if they rectified the issue it was enough to make me lose trust in them for good.

Woops, sorry I mean't write, he plugged it into the sata 3
