Its a Civ title though and I think most people will be pretty safe (fans of the series that is).

They're completely changing the direction of the Civ titles, I'll wait to see if it flops...

I'd never advise anyone to preorder games, but with this one I think you should be pretty safe, atleast if you're a long time Civ player.
