I think i have played theme park world and the old sims games (i mean, sims, not sims 2)

 

But 8 MB of ram

I think CS 1.6 would kill it, you could play GTA 2 though. I have some AGP chips at home, though they're 128 mb and 256 mb chips.

With my RAGE LT PRO 4MB (laptop) I can play SimCity 300 at 1024x768, and GTA and GTA 2 at 800x600, and Rayman and Rayman 2 at high.

 

No problem. All nice and steady framerates.
