Two things folks:

 

1 - Keep posts in here related to Features and Suggestions ABOUT the forum. I you need to chat about something, start a new thread, a PM, etc...

 

2 - I am noticing a few signatures with links to external sites. If yours is one of them, please fix it asap. Your profile has a spot for posting most any link you might want to share.

Would links to the LTT youtube channel be considered external? Albeit pointless

I PM'd about this a while back. The CoC isn't worded very well regarding links. My signature contained external PC building links and it was removed without notice. PM wasn't answered and the wording wasn't altered, so I guess they want to keep it on the questionable side.

Make a thread about the external site and put the link to the thread in your sig

My guess would be that it is for the purpose of removing them without notice. If you have something worded it has to stick to what it is worded. Words are confusing and might get misinterpreted by the wrong person if used wrong. That is probably why it is not in the COC....that and they would get all kinds of questions about it.

They still got questions because I didn't know what happened to my signature. Oh well, not worth the hassle; I just turned all signatures off.
