Microsoft job listing says nice things about PC gaming

Bloodyvalley

The job listing

"51% of all time spent gaming is on PCs - more than on consoles and mobile devices combined," states the listing. "PC gaming itself is projected to make $25 Billion in 2014, growing 13% year over year. Across the Windows platform, including phones, tablets, and PCs, Microsoft is uniquely positioned to change the world of gaming."

This might as well read "Fucking Gabe N might run us out of business if we let him move everybody to Linux without a fight" But again, this is PC gaming and MS we're talking about they will inevitably either do nothing or piss people the fuck off.

A company that cares about PC gamers!? Who would of thought that would happen!

I'm happy to see some companies at least claiming they care about PC, unlike Ubisoft. Its a shame too, I really like Ubisoft games.

51% of all time spent gaming is on PCs sounds a bit misleading IMO.

I don't think PC gaming is that big, especially when adding mobile in there.

I think that's including flash games and stuff.

For people getting their hopes up. This is MS's various statements on their promise to PC gaming.

Sorry, but all MS is doing is blowing smoke up the ass of gullible people. So yea go ahead and get your hopes up and get excited. In a year or two when none of what they say comes to fruition...I'll pretend to act shocked.

Better add;
