Why does ESET keep reporting mydati and Hotspot Shield?

Is this something I should be worried about? Or is it just natural product conflicting and something I can largely ignore?

 

Because to a security program a VPN program could be considered a threat, sounds like a false positive

Many anti-viruses do that, since you could have installed a VPN without knowing it. HotspotShield is safe.
