Nice to know, if I'm not busy and they live stream it I'll probably watch. Wasn't he hiding in Sweden or something though? When did he get to Russia? 

 

Edit- Not seeing anything about a potential live stream and $120 per ticket is a bit steep for something on such short notice. I guess I won't be able to hear him speak.  :(

No, it's the 10th conference they've had. Have you ever been to a conference? They number them by the number of cons they've had, not by the year they're in.
