What low-end PC can you get for £230

I have a friend that can't live with low FPS laptop gaming.

He needs at least 40 FPS on highlander games (Team Fortress 2) with low quality for about £230

Preferably, can you give a list on PC Part-Picker. I don't know a lot about AMD stuff, as I think Intel and Nvidia are much better, but I know AMD is better for a low budget.

Please help, Thank You.

There's absolutely no reason to purchase a pc at 230£. Tell him to suck it up and save his money.

You'd also need to include if he needs periphirals aswell.

He just told me that he doesn't want to build it if he can avoid it.

Also, he has a gaming mouse, but that's it.
