What if I ran my pc with only 3 fans?

So I have decided to buy an AIR 540 and since they are not really quiet, I was wondering if I could run my pc with only 3 fans.
I have a custom loop on a 60mm triple 120 UT60 and I was wondering if I'd be able to run my pc with acceptable temps on only 3 fans.
Would that increase the temps much?
I go through a lot of cases and I really want to try a cube case out.

I have an H440 and a 750D laying around right now.

SuperNova: CPU: Intel Core i5 4670k @4.6 GPU: Sapphire R290 Tri-x @1200, @1350, MOBO: MSI Z87 G45 Gaming, RAM: 16Gb HyperX Fury White @1866, PSU: CORSAIR TX750M, CASE: Arc Midi R2, SSD: Kingston 120gb SSD,
COOLING:

Three fans work.. so long as you're getting airflow with them they're good.
