Statistics. Read up on it seriously. People don't start getting into necro or beastiality stuff overnight. That happens over time after being extremely desensitized.

You can have multiple fetishes, and just because you have some extreme fetish does not mean you don't like anything else.

With ED I don't know enough to say so it could be possible, but for the latter I claim bs. If about 10 years of playing violent games hasn't warped my mind I seriously doubt this would.
