pretty much everything runs fine i was just wondering if it would help in anyway 

Put it on ultra and if it doesn't get 60 fps then tinker a bit. usually the recommendations aren't great

as title says? i have pretty bad experiences with optimizing programs *cough raptor cough* so should it? im already having fine performance in games i play

It's alright I guess. Use it to configure it initially then tweak in afterwards to make it more how you like it.

You have a 680. At 1080p what game isn't maxed out?

All the games with shit optimizations (mostly AAA titles)

Most games I have optimized using geforce experience are fine except for Watch Dogs which runs pretty bad but I think its due to the shitty port.

its shit becuase not many people use it. it reallies on people useing so it can be more tuned

Manually tweaking is far better then having a program automatically decided what it thinks is best for you. You get to adjust each settings and see how it impacts your system.

 

Pre-built system = Geforce Experience; Custom built system = manual settings. This is an analogy; not saying you must use GE if your system is prebuilt and manual if it's custom.

I hate the optimizations.  It makes games look bad imo, I usually put it on ultra and see how it goes and then if turn off shaders and particles for 60fps.
