Which one do you use?

I've added the whichever option. The reason I created this thread was to see if I was using this right. I always go with !? Even if it is not grammatical it looks more right to me.

In English, and probably many other languages, using an exclamation mark after a question mark is valid grammar. Wouldn't be very popular if used formally, I guess, but in informal writing it is a-ok!

it's not that gramatically it's wrong when informal, but both look completely wrong to me, so I just try not to use them. Plus I had to teach myself not to use them in my English exams last year, and I never got back into the habit of using them.
