Modding Fallout New Vegas is making me hate the damn game

I have spent hours trying to solve this problem and it is making me hate the game and making me REALLY FUCKING ANGRY. I have followed MULTIPLE guides and do EXACTLY as they say but for some reason I get this stupid error message. I have the game installed so I do not know what on earth is even going on. What am I supposed to do when the mod organizer program just says FUCK YOU??????

Except the game is so damn buggy that walking two steps can cause the whole thing to crash. Honestly, you should not have even replied as your answer is more than a waste of time and breath.

To me it looks as though the error is telling you exactly what to do. 
Is the file the mod manager is looking for in the path it is searching? 
Is the file name case-sensitive?

The real question is, what do you expect people will say if you don't even tell them which mod you're trying to install.

Yes. The file is in the EXACT place the mod manager is looking for and I can even play the game (At least until it crashes) so it makes less than zero sense for this to be happening.

And if you were paying attention you would realize that I can't even get to that stage where I can install mods, the mod organizer 2 program won't even launch which you would have known if you paid even the slightest bit of attention.

It was never mentioned that the mod manager program wouldn't launch.

What mod manager is it? When I used to play modded FNV, I used Mod Organizer 2, instead of Nexus' own Vortex.
