Depends on many factors like if your have carpet or wood flooring, if the case is placed on top of a desk or on the floor, if you have pets, etc. But in general, doing a quick check and dusting every year should be sufficient for most people.

Yeah it really just depends how dusty your environment is. Even though my PC doesn't have filters, it moves a fairly considerable amount of air, is on at least 12 hours a day on average, and we have a cat, I barely even need to dust it out once every two years.

When it needs it. A lot of this will depend on where you're located, how dusty your home gets, whether you have any pets, how dusty you're willing to let your system get, etc., so giving an exact value is not really possible without knowing your exact situation.

For my system, I tend to blow out the dust filters once every 6-8 weeks, or about a week after when I notice circles start to show up, then do a more thorough cleaning of everything inside the system every 8-12 months (granted my system is water cooled and I like to do a fluid swap around then anyway, so while it wouldn't be fully necessary to do I figure I might as well if I'm already doing relatively intensive maintenance on the system anyway).

Once every 2 days

Then a full deep clean with ultrasonic cleaner once a month.

Joking aside, either when it needs it, or when you want it.

When is that? Depends on various factors and your willingness/subjectiveness

There is approximately 99% chance I edited my post

The only time I dust is when I upgrade my components every 5 or so years.
