Side panel on. Those GPU temperatures are still within safe limits 🙂

How many fans are in your case?  How are they laid out?   Panel off shouldn't produce temps that different if you have good airflow thru the case.

I have a small case, airflow is not great. I have two fans in the front for intake and one at the top amd back for outtake. When I installed the gpu, there is little space between the bottom of the gpu and bottom of the case parts. The front of my case just has small cuts on the front sides for intake. I believe I need a better case.

Your temps are fine. If they bother you, just leave the side off, try alerting the fan configuration and fan curves, get better fans, or get another case.

That is case dependent, I would say. Don't you think so?

I've been using computers since around 1978, started learning programming in 1980 on Apple IIs, started learning about hardware in 1990, ran a BBS from 1990-95, built my first Windows PC around 2000, taught myself malware removal starting in 2005 (also learned on Bleeping Computer), learned web dev starting in 2017, and I think I can fill a thimble with all that knowledge. 😉 I'm not an expert, which is why I keep investigating the answers that others give to try and improve my knowledge, so feel free to double-check the advice I give.

I keep the side panel off and AIO radiator outside, nice and cool. Can't say recommended it but still...

GPU is cooler also in this mode.

Case if part of it, but fan config is the other.  it highlights that his case and/or airflow are not that good.

Does this chassis allow the removal of the front? What fans do you specifically have installed in the front?

I have two 120 mins fans installed in the front. I can pull the front off but there are wires connected so it cannot be taken off.
