I actually joined the forum after reading everyones reaction to this i stopped using toms a while ago because every question a asked turned into a childish fanboy war with maybe 1 or 2 helpfull posts so its great to see a forum where people can take a joke =) . Oh and i have a i5 3570k for gaming and a FX-8350 for rendering work guess that makes me a filthy nobleman .... sounds fun  >_<

Regretting my purchase of my i5 3470. I want to upgrade to i7 but my mobo is h77 so o cant OC.  Cant upgrade mobo because i got oem win 8. I dont know why intel needs a new socket 2nd every year. Why cant they just leave pins out. Its not like they are saving any real space.

i7 is for high end gaming and like rendering and shit (Hyperthreading does make a difference in games) i5 is for those more budget gamers who are more focused on gaming, they will get ALOT better value.

And then there are those really poor people who get AMD :P Not saying their bad but they are so CHEAP. I wouldn't buy one on my first gaming rig cause I was afraid of being caught with an AMD cpu and embarrassing myself, so I settled for a less powerful 5770 but an i7 lol.

This is pretty funny. Obviously one-sided post is obviously one-sided, but as long as you see it for what it is (harmless fun) then I don't think it's really that offensive. I don't think anyone around here is that uptight...

True, but things get really heated on Facebook between said fanboys.
