acer nitro 50-620 hits high cpu ghz

I wish I could overclock this computer to keep the higher cpu ghz's. 

 

I am asking does anyone know why I can hit these high numbers without trying !!!?

 

and when gaming it stays around 8 ghz !!!

HWMonitor does not correctly report the maximum MHz. This seems to get discussed about once a week. Try using a different monitoring program.

cpuz and the built in task manager said the same !!! unless you know a better program?. and h/w monitor is recommended by linus !!!

 

and my old i7 2600k used to hit higher in h/w monitor 21ghz max for the old i7 2600k. but it was only o.c. to 5ghz !!!

Hwinfo64 is what he recommends. J2C is usually the one for HWmonitor

if hw monitor is wrong or right I just hit 32 ghz on 1 core. that is the highest record in my life so far. just watching youtube !!! can anyone use hw monitor and get a higher result. if not I claim king of ghz top end !!!

Yeah...i5-11400F does not, and cannot, physically hit 32 GHz.

It max out a ~4.4 GHz out of the box.

At such high frequency, you run into signal issues with the traces on the motherboard, and physical + electrical property issues of the transistors within the CPU itself.

no it runs fine I just notice a little hickup once in a while and that's when these numbers show up !!! and the computer just watches youtube mainly and some gaming on a 75 inch tcl roku t.v. in the hdmi 4 (arc). my other gaming tower barley gets used unless I get bored of the ps5 !!!

well someone else post a hw monitor acting like this and I will believe it is software problem !!! ( see who has the highest without manually changing it mine are screen shot when I check it every 24 hrs !!!) plz other add there pics of hw monitor showing high cpu ghz ratings. because no one has shown me wrong yet !!!
