Reinstalled Windows with another Boot SSD and now I can't boot without it

More than likely windows installed the bootloader on the second drive, just reinstall windows with only the drive you need plugged in

So my main m.2 drive got bricked from a Windows update, so I had to boot from a different drive and access the bricked drive to salvage my files. With both installed, I plug in a USB drive with Windows 11, wipe the bricked drive, reinstall W11, then boot into the clean drive, again with the other m.2 boot drive. After installing Windows 11 and setting everything up, I shut down, remove the extra boot drive and USB drive. Now when loading up, it goes into BIOS and no drives are listed in the Boot Menu, but I do see the m.2 drive under Storage Information. I reinstall the other boot m.2 and I am able to boot again. How do I fix this?
