On which website can I check information about the website itself?

I want to check how many views the website has and from which country. They show different information on different pages.

For example, for YouTube it shows that 11B people visit it in a month, and on another website it shows that 8B people visit it and it is not known which data is true.

Unless you're the owner of the website all you get is estimates made by various companies that may or may not be completely wrong.

Or unless the website provides APIs that other various companies can use to aggregate usage data.

Such analytics are valuable data, and so generally website don't expose much if anything publicly, let alone to its content creators.

So other companies just estimate stuff based on the limited or indirect data they have access to.
