Possible ssd or malware issue, not sure.

Your windows is broken, try reinstalling windows if you can, and install drivers from manufacturer site.

Download Crystal Disk Info and or DiskGenius in my signature. View the SMART info on all disks in your computer. If any of them are less then Good, the drive needs to be replaced. 

Thank you for the tip, I already solved the issue but if it comes back then I’ll do this.

If you are new to computers I don't recommend that
