Thank you, but the anti malware service executable is still using cpu then ram usage. When I try to and the task even when I click open task manager as admin it says “access is denied”

Your windows is broken, try reinstalling windows if you can, and install drivers from manufacturer site.

Do I first have to untinstall windows? Last time I just plugged the usb in and turned it on and it booted to the install of the usb but when I try that is boots to the homescreen

No you cant uninstall windows, Shut down pc, and press power buton and at the same time press f11 key so fast and many times to enter boot menu, then choose your usb drive with arrow keys and then press enter, and installation will start

If windows reinstall didnt help you and there is same situation, then ssd is the reason of that.

When you install, go to your motherboard manufacturer site and download drivers and install them.

Or download wifi driver from msi site to your phone, and send your wifi driver from phone to pc via usb cable and install it.

Ok it’s all installed, now is there an easy way to transfer the files or do I do then file by file? From old windows

You have to transfer manually, and programs that you had on old windows, you have to reinstall them.
