Ryzen 5 3600 + R9 380 Bottleneck?

I currently have this build:
MS ARMOR V700 case
2x8gb Hyperx Fury RGB 3200MHz
AMD R5 3600

Aorus Elite b550m

Sapphire Nitro+ R9 380 2GB GDDR5

2x500gb hdd and 240gb ssd.

Cobra Power 500w 80plus brozne

My question is will GPU get damaged of bottleneck, if i will it a few months in this build until i buy a new GPU? It has normal temps but i have to underclock it. If i dont i have to put fans to the same temps are.
I was thinking rx 6600, or the lowest option rx 570/580 8gb. And also, what parts should i upgrade next? Everything is new expect gpu, psu and disk drives. I owned that before.

NO.

I don't know where this idea of parts being "damaged" by a "bottleneck" comes from but it is 100% not a thing, ever.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

what parts should i upgrade next, and what do you think max operating temp for this GPU is , without damaging or thermal throttling

Better psu followed by a better GPU, followed by replacing your amalgam of drives there with an nvme ssd.

As was mentioned above, no a bottleneck will not cause any harm. It doesn’t really matter that much, it just means some stuff you’ll be limited by the GPU leaving some potential performance from the cpu on the table. It’s also not a big deal anyway, it’s actually fairly common for people to over spec one or the other. A lot of people out there running higher end i7 and i9’s with rtx 2060, 3060s, rx 6600’s etc

Parts don't get DAMAGED by bottlenecks, uneven performance, being too powerful for another, etc.

They don't get damaged by thermal throttling or running hot or on max load for years.

You know you can simply Google this:

what do you think max operating temp for this GPU is

The term "bottlenecking" is widely misused. It just means one part holds back the entire system at some moment. The bottleneck can and will shift around.
Don't pair a $50 CPU with a $1500 GPU. Don't pair a $50 GPU with a $1500 CPU.
Your CPU is OK. Your GPU is OK. Be happy and relax. Also your GPU is likely the slow part in most scenarios, not the CPU.

When it was talked about a ton, earlier on in the 1990s, CPUs were in charge of more of the video rendering pipeline.
Since then GPUs took on more and more of processes.
It's not 1997 anymore.

Your 4 year old mid range CPU (that cost around $200 at launch) is generally going to be the stronger part than your 7 year old mid range GPU (that cost around $200 at launch) that is comparable to a 4 year entry level GPU.

bottleneck

i think what op is actually saying they're concerned about the temps?  that the ancient gpu is kind of a bottleneck should be clear to everyone... now the question is, what *are* the actual temps and does anyone really care if the old gpu dies ? well, at least op apparently does, so question remains, what are the actual temps.

GPU is the weakest part of that PC, but it won't damage anything.

“Remember to look up at the stars and not down at your feet. Try to make sense of what you see and wonder about what makes the universe exist. Be curious. And however difficult life may seem, there is always something you can do and succeed at.
It matters that you don't just give up.”
