Facebook messenger stuck at "sending"

Ever since they enabled end-to-end encryption. Am I the only one? 

Desktop: 7800x3d @ stock, 64gb ddr4 @ 6000, 3080Ti, x670 Asus Strix

 

Laptop: Dell G3 15 - i7-8750h @ stock, 16gb ddr4 @ 2666, 1050Ti

Did you try turning it off and on again?

 

Lol, not sure. No issues here, but maybe try:

 

  • Reboot, as mentioned.
  • Try switching between Wi-Fi and data.
  • Check for other potential app or system updates.
  • Disable data saver (if enabled)
  • Clear the Messenger cache
  • Reinstall the app

See where you end up after those.

Tried everything.

 

It's the work Wi-Fi, they blocked Messenger.
