Fries, cheese curd and gravy I think, but no I've never had it.

 

 

I hear some places fry the fries in duck fat?

I love poutine. There's a place in PEI that makes special poutine called "The Works".

 

It's amazing. Homemade ground beef, ketchup, homemade gravy, homemade french fries, cheese curds, and a homemade coleslaw with it too.

 

Usually people make it too salty though.

I can be a cynical a**hole at times. I apologize if I cause any offence at those time. I also occasionally have issues communicating my point. Extreme introversion + Photographic memory + Some other things.

I'm not a fan of (melted) cheese, but you just made me hungry (to an extent that I could easily eat 2 family-sized pizzas from a local pizza place... And I'm not even fat even though I eat like a freaking horse and do no exercise...)

Poutine is awesome! There's tons of different kinds and poutine only restaurants are popping up all over the place, but I wouldn't call it a delicacy.

Honestly I'm shocked it never caught on in the US. It's filled with carbs and fat. Should be all over that stuff.

Yes. A French restaurant in my state has fries fried in duck fat. They're really delicious!
