Found a fake LTT Screwdriver already.

Rusty Proto

old news, and what can you really do?  outside of a logo, i don't think a "screwdriver" can be patented or copyrighted lol.

Talk about a small market. Not to disrespect LTT but a rachet screwdriver is a handy device for many industries. Used by millions of people both hobbyists and professionals alike.

Not only is this morally wrong in my point of view but those who are going to actually buy an LTT rachet screwdriver are going to just buy the real one.

People who just need a ratchet screwdriver are going to buy a quality one from the traditional tool companies.

It is, and if I understand the mechanism correctly it only goes one way and isn’t reversible (unless this is a new version).

also it IS a 3D print.  Unless you have a something like a LPBF (laser power bed fusion) 3D printer it’s going to be limited to PLA, PETG, ASA, ABS and maybe PC if you have a nicer printer all of which will fail under stresses metal survives just fine.

It’s a cool idea but if you are printing a screw driver, just make it a solid bit driver IMO, it’ll survive much better.

that or I just abuse the ever living hell out of my tools, which is possible (LTT driver has survived everything so far)

edit to add: some comments are saying the file itself has a lot of issues with it and/or loose fitting parts which could just be those commenters printers being slightly out of tune
