HP motherboard not giving correct voltages

I'm not too sure if the voltages im being given are correct, but this has always been an issue, but it hasnt really affected pc performance

Sensor readings come from SUPER IO, that one is just a cheapo one, I wouldnt worry.

i figured as much, if the vcore was really as high as it was, my cpu would have died
